1. Who does what
Konnecs Technologies LLC operates the software. It is a company formed in Arizona, with its principal place of business at 188 E Jefferson St, Phoenix, AZ 85004. It is not a lender, broker of record, or bank. It does not lend money, approve credit, or collect payments.
The financing money does not pass through Konnecs. The lender disburses it directly to the business, and the partner’s commission is paid by that same lender. Konnecs runs the record of the deal: it reconciles, keeps the statement, and passes the verified payment information to the lender.
The lenders provide the money and make the credit decision. They are independent companies. Each applies its own minimum qualification requirements and its own judgement. One saying no does not mean all of them say no.
The partner who shared the link refers you and earns a commission when a deal funds. They do not decide your approval or your terms, and their commission is not charged to you: it comes out of the lender.
2. What happens to your application
You complete the application and upload your business bank statements. The analysis runs on those statements: what comes in, what goes out, and how consistently.
The application is routed to the lenders in the network whose requirements fit your business. It is not blasted to everyone and it is not auctioned. More than one lender can take part in a single deal.
If a lender makes an offer, you see it in your portal with its terms. If nobody does, you are told, and in many cases you are also told what the file is missing so you can come back.
3. When you learn who is funding you
Before you accept. The lender’s legal name appears on the offer, under “Funding partner”, alongside its terms. You do not have to accept anything to find out who you would be dealing with.
Before you sign. The agreement carries the full cost of the financing, including the annual percentage rate, along with the payment and prepayment terms. That document is read before it is signed, not after.
We do not publish pricing on this page because there is no single price: each file is priced on what its own numbers show. Any general figure here would be wrong for almost everyone.
4. How a lender is admitted
No lender receives applications from the network without passing three reviews first.
Reputation. Industry forums, the Better Business Bureau and the CFPB complaint database are checked. A sustained allegation of improper practice, or an enforcement action, stops admission.
Transparency. Ownership has to be visible, with real names and titles, not an anonymous team page. And a public partner program, with criteria, coverage and payout structure.
Access to the decision maker. There has to be a direct line to ownership or underwriting, not just to a sales rep. A person on our team confirms it, not a system.
5. Where we operate
The program does not exclude California or New York. If you saw otherwise in any material, that was out of date and has been corrected.
Individual lenders may have their own state restrictions, and your application is routed to the ones that operate in your state. If none operate where you are, you are told.
6. What happens to your information
What you enter on the application and the bank statements you upload are used to evaluate your funding and are shared with the lenders your file is routed to. They are not sold.
The partner who referred you sees the progress of your application, not your financial documents.
The full detail, including retention periods and how to ask for your data to be deleted, is in the Privacy Policy.
7. How to request the full program file
A partner, a franchise or their counsel can request the program file in writing. It covers the operating entity, the referral agreement with its commission structure and payment terms, how lenders are admitted and reviewed, what disclosures the merchant receives before signing, and data handling.
It is delivered dated. Write to legal@konnecs.com from the address associated with your account.
Konnecs Originate is a platform of Konnecs Technologies LLC and is not a lender. Financing is provided by a network of independent lending partners.
