This page describes the text messages Konnecs Technologies LLC (“Konnecs”) sends through the Konnecs Originate platform, how you consent to receive them, and how you stop them. Text messages are optional and are never required to apply for financing or to receive a decision.

1. Who sends these messages

Messages are sent by Konnecs Technologies LLC under the brand Konnecs Originate, from the toll-free number +1 (855) 958-1918. Konnecs Originate is a financing-origination platform; it is not a lender. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we do not text anyone whose number reached us from a third-party lead source.

2. How you opt in

The only way to opt in is to check the SMS box yourself on the funding application at originate.konnecs.com/apply. It appears on the final step, alongside the electronic signature. It is a standalone box: it is never pre-checked, it is not bundled with any other agreement, and the application submits normally when it is left unchecked.

This is the box and the exact wording it carries:

I agree to receive SMS text messages from Konnecs Originate about my funding application, including offer details, signature requests, and status updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Optional. You can submit your application without checking this.

When you check it, we record the moment of consent along with the version of the wording you agreed to, so the record reflects what you actually saw.

3. What messages you receive

Only messages about the funding application you submitted. There are three kinds:

  • Offer details. Example: “Konnecs Originate: an offer is ready for your application. Sign in to review the amount and terms. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
  • Signature requests. Example: “Konnecs Originate: your agreement is ready to sign. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”
  • Status updates. Example: “Konnecs Originate: we received your documents and your application is under review. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.”

4. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, because messages follow the progress of your own application rather than a schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Konnecs does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier may.

5. How to stop messages, and how to get help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We stop texting that number and confirm once. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@konnecs.com. Opting out of text messages does not affect your application; we continue to reach you by email.

6. Privacy of your mobile information

Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared or sold to third parties, and they are excluded from every category of information sharing described in our Privacy Policy, including sharing with the network of independent lending partners.
