Include your business name, the email address on the account, and the application or loan number if you have one. Never send a password or a full bank account number by email.

Accounts on Konnecs Originate are provisioned by us, not self-created: a partner account is issued when a partner agreement is countersigned, and a merchant account is issued when an application is submitted. If you never received credentials, write to us and we will re-issue them.

After five failed sign-in attempts the account locks for fifteen minutes. Wait it out or ask us to clear it. Two-step verification can be reset from support if you lost the authenticator and the backup codes.

The app uses the same credentials as the web portal. Face ID or the device passcode only unlocks the session already stored on your phone; it never replaces your password and the biometric data never leaves the device.

Push notifications can be turned on and off under Account, and turning them off removes this device from the notification list.

You can delete your account from inside the app: open Account, scroll to Delete account, confirm with your password. Access is revoked immediately, every signed-in device is signed out, and your name, email, and phone number are anonymized.

Financing records that we are legally required to keep, such as signed agreements, funded amounts, and payment history, are retained under those obligations. You can also ask us to delete an account by writing to hello@konnecs.com.
